Legendary él records "Baroque pop genius" (Back Seat Mafia), Louis Philippe is celebrating the release of his new album, "Thunderclouds" with a live, online performance from Rimshot Studio.

Performing with Louis, The Night Mail (Ian Button, Andy Lewis and Robert Rotifer) will be playing material from Louis' new album and his extraordinarily rich catalogue.

Special guests for the show include Louis' long-time collaborator, Danny Manners on piano and violinist Rachel Hall (Stackridge, Big Big Train).

The show will be Louis' first live appearance since his sold-out concert at London's Lexington three years ago and promises to be a fantastic event.

Paul is known around the world as one of finest Blues harmonica players but he is also a great storyteller and entertainer.

Inducted into the British Blues Hall of Fame, Paul has worked with everyone from Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Brownie McGhee, Mark Knopfler, The Who, Rod Stewart and Pete Waterman, among many others.

In this special solo show, Paul will be travelling back to his roots, performing his unique take on the music of his mentor, Sonny Terry and recalling stories of his time on the road with Sonny and Brownie McGhee.

For Blues lovers and harmonica fanatics alike, this is a unique opportunity to see and hear Paul up-close in your living room, like never before.

Filmed at the beautiful Rimshot Studio with multiple cinema cameras in 4K, this will be a very special evening.

You’ll also be actively supporting live-music and musicians at a time when most tours and shows have been cancelled due to COVID-19.

Lucy-May is a singer/songwriter from London, UK. Brought up on 60’s Motown and Pop music, her vocals are a blend of classic Rhythm and Blues with a modern country take. Her unique style and edgy, retro look puts her in a class all her own.

After being tipped by Sir Terry Wogan as a “British Country star ”, Lucy-Mays first single “Paper Heart” went on to be playlisted at BBC Radio 2. Singles “Whirlwind” and “We Got It” also received radio airplay, most notably by Graham Norton and Paul O’Grady.

Continuously performing around the UK while also creating a buzz Stateside, she has opened for some incredible artists such as Michael Bolton, Gabrielle, Robben Ford, Striking Matches, Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Larkin Poe, Ashley Monroe and James Walsh (Starsailor).

She has since released her second album Little by Little, having her first three singles “Counting the Days”, “Little by Little” and “Ain’t About You” all make waves on UK and US radio.

Chad has been at the top of the Blues scene for over two decades, billed as one of the best Blues singers in Europe.

He’s known to most as the singer with Paul Lamb & the King Snakes, but he’s also put the miles in with The Big Town Playboys, Shout Sister Shout, Cat Talk and Breakout Blues.

As part of the King Snakes, Chad has won numerous British Blues Awards including the UK’s Best Blues Band.

In addition to singing and playing the guitar, Chad is also a highly regarded songwriter whose passion for music extends to Rock ’n’ Roll, Rockabilly, Soul (see his output with Shout Sister Shout), Country, Jazz and Funk.

Currently touring with the King Snakes, Chad is also taking his own band on the road, in support of his debut solo album, Shake-Down.
